Inpatient Hospice Center | Multiple Shifts Available Location: 2404 Valparaiso Street, Valparasio, Indiana 46383 

Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Positions Available

We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team at a beautiful 6-bed inpatient hospice center in Valparaiso, Indiana . Our mission is to provide exceptional end-of-life care that honors the dignity, comfort, and wishes of each patient while supporting their families through every step of the journey.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Maintain patient comfort and dignity at all times
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Assist with repositioning and transferring patients safely
• Perform light housekeeping related to patient care areas
• Document care provided according to facility policies
• Support the interdisciplinary hospice team in delivering exceptional end-of-life care

Requirements:

QualificationsCNA Candidates

• Current Indiana CNA certification required
• Previous hospice, long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare experience preferred

HHA Candidates

• Current HHA certification or qualifying healthcare experience preferred
• Hospice, home health, or caregiving experience preferred
