Graphic Designer

Responsible for creative execution of concepts and designs on projects including marketing collateral, web-based graphics, packaging, point-of-purchase displays, and trade show graphics from start to finish under the direction of the Senior Manager—Global Creative Services. Delivers on-time, best-in-class creative designs that are visually compelling, execute the creative strategy, and build lasting brand value.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with team leaders at project kick-off to ensure background, objective, and initial project direction and deadline is understoodConceptualize design solutions that align with approved strategy and media specificationsDeliver innovative creative designs using internal/external tools and resources, within the perimeters of the global brand guidelinesPresent design concepts to functional team with clarity and strategic reasoningUtilize our internal project management software to ensure cross-functional team approvalSupport efficient digital asset management for distribution to our global partnersContribute to ideation meetings and provide effective feedback in group critiquesCreate new product mockups for Sales team line reviewsClosing Statement:Stay current on today’s design trends and emerging AI technologyMaintain car care industry knowledge through retail store visits, website research, and general industry immersionOther duties as assignedQualifications:Undergraduate degree in design or related field with 4-7 years’ experience in a Creative DepartmentAdvanced level knowledge with the Adobe Creative Cloud software—specifically AI, PS, and IDWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsExperience working on a Mac platformSolid examples of past work in a portfolio, showing passion for their craftUnderstanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color, usability and other design principlesCreative flair, originality, and a strong visual sensePositive, motivated, collaborative team player.
