Requirements

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state
• At least two years of recent ICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS certification within six months of hire
• Basic computer skills
• EPIC experience preferred
• CCRN certification encouraged

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement patient care specific to the age of the patient population served
• Ensure quality care is provided in a safe and efficient manner
• Demonstrate flexibility to changing systems and conditions
• Treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with consideration and respect
• Act in accordance with the mission, philosophy, and goals of the organization
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations
