Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Home Office - CCC - High Point, NC 27260Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Bachelor'sTravel Percentage: More than 50%Job Category: Management ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements. Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives. Participate in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process as appropriate. Develop andmaintaincompany-wide quality systems and standards. Establishquality KPIs and reporting mechanisms. Lead quality assurance, audits, compliance, and corrective action programs. Partner with operations to reduce defects,scrap, and rework. Serve as the primary contact for customer quality concerns and audits. Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Exposure to wet and humid conditions in the plant environment Exposure to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and vibration in the plant environment. Noise level in the work environment is usually loud. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS ASQ certification preferred. Six Sigma certification preferred. ISO 9001 experience preferred.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred Manufacturing experience in the corrugated industry preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong project management skills Ability to develop, formulate strategy and exercise good judgment. Willingness to travel up to 50% Excellent financial and budget management skills. 7-10 years of progressive quality leadership experience in manufacturing. 5+ yearsof peoplemanagement experience.
