Outpatient Cardiology Opening in CA Located in San Rafael, CA - San Francisco 20mPer diem outpatient Position Highlights: Per diem outpatient Cardiology opportunity Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and management of cardiovascular conditions Work within a multidisciplinary team serving a diverse community patient population Interpret EKGs and integrate diagnostic testing into treatment plans Collaborate closely with Primary Care providers and other specialists Educate referring providers on cardiovascular care Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives Provide patient and family education on cardiovascular health, lifestyle modifications, and treatment plans Flexible, hybrid scheduling with telemedicine capabilities Productivity expectation of at least 8 patients per half day Opportunity to supervise and mentor medical students, residents, or fellows Epic EHR Compensation & Benefits: Compensation range of $416,000-$457,600 annually Health, dental, and vision insurance Health Reimbursement Account Student loan repayment and loan forgiveness programs Retirement plan Life and AD&D insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage Continuing education benefits Professional fee reimbursement Mileage and cell phone reimbursement Paid holidays and PTO Employee Assistance Program Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology Valid and unrestricted California medical license Current DEA registration Active BLS certification 3-5 years of outpatient Cardiology experience preferred New graduates with a strong interest in community health are welcome Epic EHR experience preferred Ability to provide telephonic and video telemedicine visits as needed Ability to work morning and evening shifts as needed
