As a Nurse LPN or RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services in our state-of-the-art facility. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team and help us make a difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, assessing vital signs, and performing various medical procedures

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident, in collaboration with the healthcare team

• Monitor and report resident progress, identifying any changes or concerns to the nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to HIPAA standards and regulations

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care

• Participate in resident care conferences and other interdisciplinary meetings

• Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents, families, and caregivers

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio

• Ability to lift, push, or pull moderate weights, and stand for extended periods
