Job Summary Drive people strategy at the heart of live sports and entertainment. The Human Resources Manager will lead HR initiatives, support team member engagement, and ensure compliance with employment practices while fostering an inclusive and high‑performing workplace. Qualifications 3–5+ years of HR management experience Knowledge of federal and New Jersey labor laws and regulations Experience with HRIS systems and payroll platforms Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination Maintain HRIS data integrity and reporting Investigate employee relations matters and recommend resolutions Support training, development, and performance management programs Benefits At Levy, team = family.
