Desired Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification with solid experience in school-based or pediatric settings

• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and travel between school sites as necessary
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform intervention plans
• Collaborate with school staff to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support strategies
• Provide coaching, training, and support for educators and paraprofessionals
• Collect and interpret data to evaluate student progress and adapt interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation pertaining to behavioral supports and outcomes
• Serve as a flexible resource, offering support where it’s needed most within the district
