Contracts ManagerWe're seeking a Contracts Manager to join an established organization and play a key role supporting the business through contract development, negotiation, and administration. This is a newly added role due to company growth. Managing contracts across the entire commercial organization (all product portfolios) as well as corporate contracts. No direct reports today.What you'll do:Draft, review, redline, negotiate, and manage contracts from start to finishWork with internal teams and external partners on sales, pricing, rebate, consulting, distribution, GPO, NDA, and other commercial agreementsIdentify contractual risks and work with the Director to develop practical solutionsManage contract execution, renewals, amendments, and required documentationMaintain the company's contract repository and ensure accurate tracking of key termsManage ContractWorks and DocuSign processesMaintain contract templates and help improve contracts processes and efficienciesPartner with stakeholders across the organization and provide guidance on contracts processesWhat we're looking for:Bachelor's degree required3–5+ years of contracts/legal experience, ideally within an in-house legal or contracts departmentExperience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreementsHealthcare or medical device manufacturing is a plus but not requiredStrong attention to detail, organization, and follow-throughExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesProcess-oriented, proactive, and comfortable partnering with stakeholders at all levelsExperience with a contract management system is a plusThis is a great opportunity for a hands-on contracts professional who enjoys being a business partner, not simply processing paperwork, and wants meaningful ownership of the contracts function with growth within the organization.
