at Persone, we’re partnering with a stylish, high-energy Italian restaurant in the heart of SoHo to build out its leadership team and are currently searching for both a General Manager and a Service / Restaurant Manager .

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful concept that brings together great Italian food, culture, design, energy, and genuine hospitality — backed by supportive ownership and an established, friendly team.

We’re looking for hospitality leaders who understand that Italian hospitality is about much more than food . It’s about warmth, personality, generosity, attention to detail, and making every guest feel genuinely welcome.

THE RIGHT PROFILES

For both positions, we're especially interested in candidates who:

• Have strong NYC restaurant management experience

• Come from an Italian restaurant background or have a genuine understanding of Italian cuisine and culture

• Appreciate the warmth, personality, and energy of Italian hospitality

• Are polished and professional while still being approachable and personable

• Love being on the floor and interacting with guests and the team

• Know how to lead, motivate, train, and retain great people

• Thrive in a busy, stylish, high-energy restaurant environment

GENERAL MANAGER | $120K+

The GM will take ownership of the overall restaurant operation, leading the management and FOH teams while partnering closely with culinary leadership and ownership.

We're looking for someone with strong experience across operations, service, team development, scheduling, labor, financial performance, hiring, training, guest relations, and restaurant culture .

The ideal GM is a true hospitality leader — someone who can run a strong business while maintaining the warmth, personality, and energy that make a great Italian restaurant special.

Compensation: $120K+ base, based on experience + competitive benefits

SERVICE / RESTAURANT MANAGER | $80K–$95K

The Service / Restaurant Manager will work closely with the GM and leadership team to oversee daily FOH operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

This person should love service and love people . You'll be highly visible on the floor, coaching the team, maintaining standards, connecting with guests, and helping create a positive and energetic working environment.

We're looking for someone who can balance organization, professionalism, and attention to detail with genuine personality and hospitality .

Compensation: $80K–$95K base, based on experience + competitive benefits
