Elwood Staffing - - Responsibilities: Accurately enter financial data, journal entries, payroll and transactions into accounting software Sage accounting software; Process vendor invoices, monitor employee expense reports, manage billing, and issue customer payments/receipts; Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and ledger discrepancies to ensure all records balance; Compile data for balance sheets and budget summaries, organize receipts, and provide documentation for internal or external audits; Respond to inquiries regarding payment status and resolve billing disputes
