Location: Remote (Florida Licensed Psychologists Preferred)
Job Type: Part-Time Independent Contractor
Schedule: Flexible
Hours: 20-25 hours in a week

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist for a limited-scope, fully remote opportunity focused exclusively on reviewing clinical documentation and providing professional sign-off when appropriate.

This position is ideal for licensed psychologists seeking supplemental income, a side opportunity, or a flexible way to remain clinically engaged without direct patient care responsibilities.

Please Note: This role does not involve conducting psychological evaluations, testing, therapy, treatment planning, or direct patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Documentation Review

• Review completed clinical documentation prepared by qualified providers.

• Ensure documentation meets professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

• Verify accuracy, completeness, and quality of records.

• Provide professional review and sign-off when clinically appropriate.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all applicable legal and ethical guidelines.

• Complete reviews within established timelines.

• Communicate documentation concerns and required corrections as needed.

What This Role Does NOT Include

• No psychological evaluations

• No psychological testing

• No patient interviews

• No psychotherapy sessions

• No treatment planning

• No direct patient care responsibilities

• No on-call duties

• No weekend requirements

• No care coordination responsibilities

Qualifications

Required

• Active Licensed Psychologist credential in the applicable state(s)

• Master's Degree, Psy.D., or Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited institution

• Strong understanding of clinical documentation standards

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred

• Previous experience reviewing clinical records

• Familiarity with telehealth and outpatient behavioral health documentation
