About the Role This is a field-based sales opportunity that allows you to work within your local market, connecting directly with business owners, building strong relationships, and helping companies improve profitability through customized payment solutions. Responsibilities Meet with local business owners to introduce payment processing solutions. Identify opportunities to lower processing costs and improve business operations. Build and maintain long-term professional relationships. Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking. Educate merchants on payment technology, products, and support services. Work closely with sales leadership and participate in ongoing training and development. Qualifications Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable engaging with business owners face‑to‑face. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently. Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process. Required Skills Strong work ethic. Relationship‑building abilities.
