For more information, please visit follo Who We're Looking For Marketbridgeis seeking an experienced Manager, Market Research,to join our Consulting Go-to-Market team.This positionwill focus onprovidingcomprehensive, detailed and focused intelligence to our clients using both quantitative and qualitative analysis for custom, detailed insights, as well as for recurring benchmark reporting. The Market Research Manager will help build up our primary research practiceby fulfilling research projects, building a team of analysts as the teamgrows,andsupporting business development opportunities with both current clients and new prospects. Thisrole is player & coach, primarily responsible in leading defined research projects using theappropriate researchmethodologyand supporting techniques to meet a client’s defined businessobjective. Depending upon the selected methods, the Manageris responsible forthe development of the researchmethodology, fulfilling the execution of the analysis, selectingappropriate top-tiervendors/partners where necessary, compiling the necessary recommendations and then delivering the resulting analysis. Responsibilities Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to make informed conclusions on defined areas of interest to a client Conduct intensive discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders to ensure the right objectives are being pursued Conduct in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods Author reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into insights Support inbound marketing efforts by contributing to industry relevant blogs Design market surveys to discovercustomer or partner preferences, needs, buyer journeys, etc. Straddle multiple research projects at the same time Evaluate program methodologies,vendorsand research tools on a regular basis to ensureMarketbridgeis using best-in-class for these given areas Support and mentor the team in primary research best practices Qualifications 5-7 years of market research experienceinB2Benvironments Proficient in performing qualitative and quantitative analysis (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python, etc.) Comfortable selecting and executing the mostappropriate researchmethodologyand techniques to meet a client’s needs,including advanced methodologies (e.g.,MaxDiff, Choice Based Conjoint, Gabor-Granger, etc.) Proficient in building,executingand analyzing research questionnaires and surveys anddesigningmoderator guides Experienced in leading in-depth interviews as the moderator Experienced in client managementand interactions to includemeetingwith business unit executives Experienced inidentifyingkey research opportunities, draftingproposalsandpresenting toprospects Familiarity with health insurance, financial services, or tech verticals is a plus Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal, writing, and editorial skills in addition to skills already outlined above Persuasive and goal-oriented Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor Self-motivated, competitive and upbeat attitude with a drive tosucceed Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team Fluency in MS Office Our Culture & Our Core Values Marketbridge supports Fortune 50 companies and global brands in redefining how they go to market.
