Voice Technician

We are seeking two mid-level Desktop Tech's with Cisco IP phone deployment experience to join our team on a contract basis for a 12 month engagement . The successful candidates will play a key role in the deployment of Cisco voice solutions at our clients locations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large-scale, high-profile project and contribute to the modernization of a critical healthcare infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
* Deploy and configure Cisco IP phones and other unified communications endpoints.
* Assist with the configuration and management of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
* Implement and troubleshoot dial plans, voicemail, and hunt groups.
* Provide support for analog voice gateways and other legacy systems.
* Collaborate with the network and other teams on the ongoing network segmentation project.
* Perform basic troubleshooting of voice quality and connectivity issues.
* Create and maintain documentation for voice-related configurations and procedures.
Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
* Familiarity with Cisco IP phones, both wired and wireless.
* Understanding of voice protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP.
* Experience with analog voice gateways and POTS lines.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Experience:
