This Registered Nurse opportunity is a full time position on our Medical/Telemetry Unit  and offers full benefits and a convenient day shift schedule. We are looking for a dynamic Medical/Telemetry Nurse (RN) that will help provide safe and compassionate care to our patients in the medical/telemetry environment. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Involves the patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population specific, and diversity needs in care assessment.
\n
• Constructs and implements the plan of care using nursing knowledge and skill. Integrates direct and indirect patient care activities related to the diagnosis and co-morbidities.
\n
• Coordinates the implementation of the interdisciplinary plan of care for assigned patients. Develops goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans that meet individual patient/family needs.

Qualifications\n

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN approved RN program
\n
• Current Nevada nursing license
\n
• Current BLS certificate
\n
• Current ACLS certificate
\n
• Must have one year full time or three years part time experience in an acute care setting
\n
