Key Responsibilities Lead engineering efforts across all project phases and support field operations as needed. Oversee external engineering firms, set performance expectations, and review deliverables. Maintain engineering standards, documentation practices, and quality controls. Forecast resource needs, manage staffing plans, and mentor engineering team members. Support proposal development, customer meetings, and overall project planning. Qualifications 6+ years of engineering or engineering management experience in utility or high-voltage infrastructure. Engineering degree required; PE license preferred. Strong background in civil, structural, or electrical engineering and utility standards. Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
