This travel assignment specifically seeks an RN with CardioVascular Operating Room (CVOR) expertise, open to also supporting Ortho, trauma, and robotics cases when CV cases are not scheduled. You’ll experience a wide spectrum of surgical procedures, allowing you to develop advanced skills and gain exposure to unique workplace practices and innovative leadership styles.

Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
• 8 call shifts per month

Qualifications:

• Active PA RN license required
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a CVOR RN
• Proven background in transplant surgery
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work within high-acuity environments

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in a variety of complex cases, including cardiovascular, ortho, trauma, robotics, and transplant surgeries
• Collaborate closely with top surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to ensure positive patient outcomes
• Provide critical intraoperative support and facilitate continuity of care before and after surgeries
• Demonstrate quick thinking and strong problem-solving skills within fast-paced OR settings
