Our healthcare partner in Fort Dodge, IA is looking for a dedicated professional like you to join their team and make a difference in patients' lives. As a Radiation Therapist, you will be an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, utilizing your clinical expertise to deliver and manage patient care. You may have the opportunity to float within the same discipline across local campuses, expanding your experience and impact.
- Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by a radiation oncologist
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, ensuring safety and accuracy
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient treatment information and progress accurately
- Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor while interacting with patients and their families
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- ARRT certification required
- BLS certification required
- Varian True Beam experience preferred (willing to teach if needed)
- Previous travel experience preferred
