Located within 50 miles of Washington, D.C., this hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful initiatives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.Qualifications:Minimum of 6+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical projectsAt least 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and .NET implementationsDeep understanding of software and database architecture, with the ability to grasp complex designsStrong ability to anticipate challenges and align technology solutions with project goalsFamiliarity with high-level tech stack including Microsoft Visual Studio 2022+, SQL Server 2019+, C#, Azure DevOps, and GitNice to Have:Experience with React Native and Expo for mobile front-end developmentKnowledge of React.js or Vue.js frameworksPreferred Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)Extensive hands-on experience in mobile application development and project leadership in a similar environmentOther Requirements:Must be located within 50 miles of Washington, D.C.Ability to work in a hybrid environment (onsite and remote)Strong communication skills and ability to lead diverse technical teamsSalary Range: $112K- $124K Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearanceWhat Blu Omega Can Offer You:Competitive benefits including Health Insurance, 401K w/ match, Paid Time Off and more.Results driven culture that embrace our core valuesRewarding work contributing to our Nation's mission critical programsBlu Omega is a Woman Owned Small Business Federal Technology services firm headquartered in Washington DC and supporting clients nationally.
