What You Will Achieve The Tissue Regeneration Specialist (TRS) for Advanced Wound Care is responsible for achieving the sales expectations of the assigned territory. Success is realized by building strong customer relationships, conducting consultative sales producing calls, utilizing solid product and disease state technical knowledge, developing and following a solid territory business plan, and reporting sales related activities to upper management through a call reporting system. This position will be responsible for selling product to physicians and support staff in clinics and hospitals and will require the specialist to support surgical cases where and when appropriate. The role also requires ensuring that all internal controls activities are completed in full compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) and may involve significant travel up to 50% of the time depending on circumstances. What You Need to Achieve It BS/BA or equivalent work experience required. 2+ years of successful experience in medical sales preferable with a consultative role. Proven record of sales success that is verifiable and documented. Able to work autonomously. Familiar with Microsoft Office. Able to work independently and have strong organizational skills. The anticipated annualized base salary for this role is $90,000 – $115,000 and reflects current market data for similarly‑sized life science companies and internal equity. This salary range may vary for positions in other states. Base salary is part of our total rewards package, which also includes merit‑based increases, eligibility for our 401(k) plan with competitive company match, medical, dental, vision, education assistance, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state and federal law. This position is also eligible to earn additional compensation of $105,000 at target under our sales incentive compensation plan. Total compensation, including base salary, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including experience, skills, education and other factors permissible by law.
