Machine Operator 1st Shift

Operate production equipment used to personalize debit and credit cards according to customer specifications.

Monitor machine performance to ensure production and quality standards are met.

Perform routine quality inspections on completed products.

Complete minor machine maintenance and adjustments following written procedures.

Confirm production work orders and prioritize tasks to meet production goals.

Identify and report production or quality issues and assist in resolving them.

Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Work closely with operators, technicians, and supervisors to achieve daily production goals.

Follow all company safety, security, and production procedures.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic computer skills.

Basic math skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to stand and operate machinery for 6 or more hours per shift.

Safety shoes required.

Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.

Mechanical aptitude or experience working with machinery is a plus.

Experience following safety procedures and maintenance instructions is preferred.

Intermediate computer skills are beneficial.
