Position Overview: As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in coordinating towing and roadside service requests, communicating with customers and drivers, and helping ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities: Receive and manage incoming service requests from customers and partners. Dispatch drivers efficiently using company software and communication systems. Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, drivers, and team members. Monitor service progress and provide timely updates. Accurately enter and update information in dispatching and tracking systems. Assist with scheduling, routing, and operational support as needed. Maintain a high level of professionalism during both routine and high-pressure situations. Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using computers, software applications, and technology-based systems. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new programs and processes. Responsible, dependable, and accountable for assigned tasks. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and commitment to reliability. Working Hours: Must be available to work a rotating schedule of four (4) consecutive days on followed by four (4) consecutive days off.
