Position Information Proposed Faculty Rank: Associate Professor of Law Department: 00096 - College of Law - Dean City: Salt Lake City, UT Track: New Position to Begin 7/1/2026 Details: The University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law invites applications for an entry‑level, tenure‑track faculty position at the rank of Associate Professor of Law beginning academic year 2026‑2027. Our primary curricular need is in the field of constitutional law. Qualifications for the position include a J.D. or equivalent degree, an exemplary academic record, demonstrated scholarly merit, and proven or potential teaching excellence in the area of constitutional law.
