Essential Duties & Responsibilities

What makes a great Crew Team Member?

Customer service skills to ensure customers have a positive experience

Prepare all of McDonald's World-Famous food to the gold standard

Works well with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun

Able to have great communication with employees and customers alike

Keep the restaurant looking clean and inviting

Basic math skills such as addition and subtraction

Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Digital skills and knowledge of the My McDonald's rewards app

Essential Duties

As a Crew Person, you may also be responsible for:

Lead the experience: Check in with guests and make sure they are enjoying themselves

Have a side of smile: Help customers order their favorite McDonald's menu items and/or make menu recommendations

Focus on the food: Prepare and present delicious food

Ensure a memorable visit: Help maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment

Understand that teamwork is key: Work hand in hand with your team to meet goals and most importantly, have fun!

Physical Demands

Must work a schedule that fits the restaurant needs

Stand and walk for long periods of time

Bend, stretch, twist, or reach out

Use muscles to lift, push, pull and carry objects: occasionally up to 40 pounds and frequently up to 10 pounds.

Complete tasks, works positions with repetitive motions

Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them
