Pay Rate:   Up to $56/hr. combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to change.

Med Surg / Cardiac RN

- Shifts: 12hr, 18:45-07:15

Job Summary:
Provides nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-operative: Prepare patients and answer questions.
• Intra-operative: Assist surgeons, pass instruments, monitor patient.
• Post-operative: Manage recovery, monitor for complications, educate patients.
• Maintain a safe and efficient OR environment.

Requirements:

• RN license in state of assignment.  Minimum 1-year(s) exp.
• BLS, NIHSS and ACLS required. 
• Experience in medical-surgical units preferred.
• Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills.

Work Environment & Demands:

• Will work every other weekend
• Hospital settings (Med-Surg units, post-op recovery, step-down).
• Physical demands include standing, lifting patients/equipment, and stress management.
