Responsibilities Ensures proper preparation, portioning and serving of food according to standardized recipes and menus. Uses experience with cutting tools, cookware and bakeware, and knowledge of cooking procedures and methods of grilling, baking and boiling. Adheres to all sanitation and food safety standards.
