Who Doesn’t Love ICE CREAM?!

Breathe in fresh air, serve sweet treats, and deliver happiness with Scream Truck — an exciting, fast-growing start-up! We’re hiring Co-Operators (non-drivers) with Wednesday–Sunday availability for 30–40 hours per week.

The Co-Operator rides shotgun, supporting the Truck Operator to ensure smooth, on-time service. You’ll help with navigation, service prep, customer engagement, and making fresh, made-to-order soft scream in our mobile kitchen.

We’re looking for quick thinkers with a service-first spirit, strong teamwork, and a positive attitude. You’ll help keep the truck running smoothly, solve problems on the fly, and turn every stop into a mini celebration.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

Great communication & customer service skills

Friendly, outgoing personality

Confident using GPS/maps

Tech savvy

Strong work ethic with a “CAN-DO” attitude

Preferred:

Experience in food service, hospitality, or public speaking

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Comfortable standing for long periods in a tight space

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Fine motor skills for prepping and serving treats
