• License/Certs: CA Medical License, BLS, ACLS, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate primary care to diverse patient populations
• Manage a caseload of approximately 18 patients per day
• Document patient encounters accurately using Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with support staff including RNs, LVNs, and behavioral health providers
• Conduct health assessments, diagnose, treat, and coordinate follow-up care
• Adhere to clinic policies and state/federal compliance standards
• Support a flexible schedule, including some evening shifts as needed

What You Need

• Valid California medical license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient primary care
• Strong communication skills, especially in Spanish (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

About the Assignment

This assignment will be based at Venice Family Clinic, a reputable healthcare provider with 11 clinics throughout the LA area. Providers will have a primary location with the flexibility to support multiple clinics as needed. The role offers a collaborative environment with ample support staff, including medical assistants, RNs, LVNs, and behavioral health services onsite. Located just near Venice Beach, this position combines professional growth with the vibrant LA community.
