Murachanian is seeking an experienced Attorney to join our growing team in Brick, NJ and with a potential expansion to Southern Monmouth County, NJ . You'll handle a dynamic mix of real estate transactions, estate planning, business law, and litigation while being supported by a knowledgeable, collaborative team.

What You'll Do
In this role, the majority of your time will be managing real estate closings and developing business with real estate professionals. You will be fully supported by a paralegal and administrative team. Other responsibilities include managing probate matters and estate administration as well as counselin clients on business formation, contracts and other small business needs. You will draft wills, trusts, estate plans, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
On the litigation side, you will manage the filings, hearings, negotiations, and courtroom appearances and all of the activities involved such as conducting legal research, preparation of the motions, briefs and memoranda. You collaborate with the attorney team and support staff on case strategy and client development.
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor with active NJ Bar license in good standing
- Real estate transaction experience a plus, not required
- 3+ years of experience in estate planning, wills, probate, business law, and/or litigation
- Strong drafting, research, and written/verbal communication skills
- Proven courtroom presence and litigation capability
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
