About Us:

cfd Investments and Designs - a Christian Faith and Family-based Registered Investment Adviser and Securities Broker/Dealer dedicated to providing Financial Advisers with the necessary support, tools, techniques, quality financial products, and technologies for the achievement of their clients' goals and objectives - is looking for an Assistant to join our Kokomo office. This is a full-time or part-time position. The full-time hourly position will qualify for benefits. The regular hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. The part-time positions hours are 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Wages are dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:

· Responds to emails and phone calls

· Schedules client meetings

· Generates client paperwork with various financial companies

· Client data entry

· Client support

· Creates presentations, as assigned

· Participates in biweekly virtual assistant team meetings

· Participates in quarterly team lunches

· Trains new staff, as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

· Proficient with platforms such as Smartsheet

· Proficient in communications tools like Zoom

· Proficient in database systems including but not limited to Docupace, Redtail

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask

· Skilled data entry

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred, but not required:

· Bachelor's degree

· 2-4 years of industry knowledge/experience
