As a Technical Recruiter you will: Work closely with Account Managers to determine qualified staffing needs Develop, drive, and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit candidates Effectively recruit IT professionals in a time‑sensitive environment Place high‑end technical professionals for all IT positions across multiple client companies Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients on a regular basis Serve as the internal expert on your candidate portfolio (daily/weekly reporting) THE REQUIREMENTS Proven success in recruitment (internal or agency), sales, and/or customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superb phone presence Highly motivated nature with an innate sense of urgency and positive can‑do attitude Adept at organization and time management Ability to think strategically and connect the dots Background in ERP/ Big Data & Analytics / Cloud / Digital is a plus WHY K2?
