Join Our Team as a Salon Receptionist / Guest Experience Coordinator!

At Salon Zen Aveda - Mercato, located in beautiful Naples, FL, we’re looking for a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist / Guest Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our salon. If you have a knack for multitasking and love helping people feel their best, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be DoingAs our Salon Receptionist / Guest Experience Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our salon runs smoothly and our guests leave with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they feel welcomed from the moment they walk in.
- Managing appointment bookings and maintaining an organized schedule for our stylists.
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Processing payments and handling transactions accurately.
- Assisting with the overall flow of the salon, including light administrative tasks.
- Supporting the team in creating a relaxing and enjoyable environment for our guests.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
- Familiarity with salon or spa environments is a plus, but not required.
