Your Role & Impact

As a vital link between our residents, nurses, and staff, you will provide hands-on comfort, support, and advocacy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living needs and personal hygiene.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs in resident charts.
• Providing adjunct patient care and safe transportation assistance.
• Collaborating with the nursing team while adhering to professional standards and state regulations.

Requirements

• Completion of a state-approved C.N.A. certification training course (all experience levels welcome, including new grads!).
• Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask safely.
• Strong communication skills with an empathetic "bedside manner" and team-player mindset.
