Marketing and Admissions Manager

Job Summary:

Join Parker Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a renowned provider of exceptional care, as we seek a dynamic Marketing and Admissions Manager to lead our admissions and marketing efforts. As a key leader, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with referral sources, hospital discharge planners, and community organizations to drive business growth and promote our facility's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the admissions process, ensuring timely and effective communication with referral sources, hospitals, and physicians

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility and drive new business, including promoting the facility to referral sources and community organizations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital discharge planners, physicians, social workers, and discharge planners

• Recruit and credential new physicians to the facility, ensuring a seamless transition for patients

• Verify payer sources and ensure referrals are clinically approved prior to admission

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for residents, including facilitating discharge planning and ensuring all necessary paperwork is in order

• Represent the facility at community events and promote good public relations within the community

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Long Term Care, preferably in admissions and/or marketing

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Some travel required
