What You?ll Do

As a Production Associate, you?ll play a hands-on role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently, and on time. You?ll work alongside a team that values hard work, accountability, and taking care of one another.

Available Shifts and Hours:

1st Shift ? 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM - Monday - Friday

2nd Shift ? 3:00 PM ? 11:00 PM - Monday - Friday

3rd Shift ? 11:00 PM ? 7:00 AM - Sunday - Thursday

Hourly Pay Rate: $16/hour

Key responsibilities include:

• Safely operating production equipment and tools
• Assembling, repairing, or processing pallets and related materials
• Following all safety procedures and proactively identifying hazards
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Meeting productivity and quality expectations
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and teammates
• Supporting continuous improvement efforts

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not required

Work Environment

• Our facilities are not climate controlled
• Comfortable working in hot summer and cold winter conditions
• Physical requirements include standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion throughout the shift
