Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ongoing operational support related to highly regulated and high-risk manual processes.
- Handle Fedwires, bank changes, adjustments, reconciliations, balancing, tax withholding and remittance, invoicing, check processing, and liens, levies, garnishments, and court-ordered holds.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in Payments, Settlements, or Banking Operations.
- Preferred experience with Garnishments, Liens, and Levies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail with a zero-error mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in high-risk manual processes.
Location
- This position will be based at our Whitehall location in Columbus, OH.
- On-site work required 2 times a week, remote work 3 times a week.
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $90,000-$110,000/annum. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
