We commit to keeping others safe and secure. Description Safe and Secure Homecare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Sheltered Workshop Manager to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $25 per hour. Job Overview As a Sheltered Workshop Manager, you will oversee and coordinate activities in a day program environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). You will work closely with program participants to ensure their safety, well-being, and personal growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging and meaningful activities for program participants Supervise and train staff members to ensure the highest quality of care and support Maintain a safe and clean workshop environment Collaborate with families, caregivers, and external service providers to create individualized plans for participants Monitor and track participant progress and outcomes Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines Requirements Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, special education, or a related field (preferred) Previous experience working with individuals with I/DD Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations about individuals with disabilities At Safe and Secure Homecare, we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all employees and program participants.
