Regional Field Marketing Manager Earn $125K+

We’re looking for an experienced Regional Field Marketing Manager to lead, train, and grow a door-to-door canvassing team. This isn't a desk-only management role. You'll be in the field, coaching your team and helping drive production. What You'll Do: Interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers Lead team meetings and coaching sessions Train in the field and lead by example Build neighborhood mapping and route strategies Track performance and improve team production You Should Have: Proven door-to-door canvassing management experience Home improvement or related home-services experience Experience building and training canvassing teams Strong leadership and coaching skills Must have a car or truck Compensation: Earn $100K-$125K Salary + Commission + Overrides If you've built a canvassing team before and know how to get people producing, we want to talk to you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Coastal Water and Air
