Senior Loan Originator

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Loan Originator to lead the sourcing, structuring, and execution of commercial real estate loan opportunities, with a primary focus on CMBS transactions. This individual will play a key role in driving loan production through strong relationships with borrowers, financial advisors, and private banking channels. Key Responsibilities Source and originate CMBS-eligible loans across major asset classes including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and self-storage Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, brokers, and internal wealth management partners Manage the full loan lifecycle from initial screening through closing and securitization Structure transactions in line with CMBS underwriting standards and investor requirements Partner cross-functionally with credit, underwriting, legal, and capital markets teams Present transactions to internal credit committees and stakeholders Monitor market trends and provide insight on pricing, spreads, and competitive dynamics Qualifications 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending, with a strong focus on CMBS originations Proven track record of sourcing and closing CRE loans across multiple asset classes Strong credit acumen and ability to structure complex transactions Experience managing deals end-to-end from origination through securitization Strong relationship management and business development skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Russell Tobin
