Systems Administrator

Location: Washington, DC

Duration: 12 months (Onsite)

Seeking for a System Administrator to support, enhance, and maintain enterprise systems while providing high-quality end-user and client support. Will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new requirements, analyze system data, and ensure ongoing system stability and performance.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for client and end-user system requests
Collaborate with design and development teams to define new requirements
Analyze system data and assist with remediation efforts, enhancements, and updates

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience providing end-user support
Excellent writing capability
Proficiency in IBM TRIRIGA
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle Development
Requirements gathering and documentation
End user support

Education:

Bachelor's Degree
