Job Description

The Clark Agency is seeking an Outbound Sales Producer to join our team. You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance.
We are looking for self-driven individuals who are upbeat and results-driven.
Base Pay with additional commission and bonuses for performance.

Responsibilities

Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency as well as your own market.
Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
Responsible for accurate underwriting
Ensure all documents are received and signed by clients
Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products and rules for our industry
Call for outbound prospecting to existing customers and leads
Self Driven

Requirements

You must complete the online assessment if prompted or if emailed directly
Property and Casualty License required or completed within 60 days
Driven and goal-oriented
