Senior Compensation & Equity Strategy Leader

Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation in Santa Monica to drive equity design and total rewards strategy. You will partner with HRBPs, TA, and leaders to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness, while shaping compensation philosophy and governance. You’ll lead a team, deliver executive-ready analyses, and champion AI-enabled workflows to modernize the function.
