Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Project Duration: Approximately 4–6 Months
Schedule: 55+ Hours Per Week
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently hiring experienced Excavator Operators for active construction projects in the South Pharr–McAllen–Mission area and East Brownsville, Texas .

These are active projects with work already on hand and an anticipated duration of approximately 4–6 months . We are looking for dependable, safety-conscious operators who are ready to start immediately and are available to work 55+ hours per week .

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently on active construction sites
• Perform excavation, trenching, grading, loading, and general earthwork
• Work around utilities, structures, trucks, and other heavy equipment
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance checks
• Maintain safe working conditions and follow project safety requirements
• Coordinate with supervisors, grade personnel, truck drivers, and other equipment operators
• Maintain production while operating equipment safely and accurately

Requirements

• Previous experience operating excavators in construction or earthwork operations
• Ability to safely operate equipment in active construction environments
• Experience with excavation, trenching, grading, and loading preferred
• Ability to work 55+ hours per week , including overtime as required
• Reliable transportation to the project location
• Dependable attendance and ability to report to work on time
• Must follow all company and project safety requirements
