Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Service Advisor / Front Counter Parts Sales team member to join M&M Alternators & Batteries. The ideal candidate has experience in automotive service or parts sales, but we are also open to training someone who is ready to work and learn.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the front counter with service needs and parts sales
- Identify and sell automotive parts, including alternators and batteries
- Lift and carry parts and batteries as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and support to the shop team
Requirements:
- Experience in automotive service or parts sales preferred
- Ability to lift and handle automotive parts and batteries
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
