Community Manager

Dominium

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Foundry at Triangle Park in Durham, NC. You will oversee daily operations of a 312-unit tax credit community, manage staff, coordinate leasing, and ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining compliance with housing programs. Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection, move-ins/outs, and coordinating with corporate and HR teams. A 2-year degree plus 3 years of multifamily management are expected; ARM/COS/RAM designations are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
