Personal Injury Attorney

We also offer bonus pay, professional development assistance, an EAP, FSA/DCFSA, free parking, electric vehicle charging, and the opportunity to attend our annual trial college in Los Cabos, Mexico!Key responsibilities: Oversee and manage the firm's pre-litigation cases with the assistance of our case managers, legal assistants, and investigator.Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients, including providing timely updates.Evaluate cases and develop strategies for medical management to enhance case value and obtain maximum settlementsCollaborate with other attorneys to develop strategies for cases that will proceed to litigation. Track all statutes and deadlines and regularly audit pre-litigation cases to ensure complianceRequirements:Licensed and in good standing with the California State BarA strong work ethic and attention to detailAt least 3 years experience in pre-litigation, personal injury case managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBilingual (Spanish) a plus
