Track all statutes and deadlines and regularly audit pre-litigation cases to ensure complianceRequirements:Licensed and in good standing with the California State BarA strong work ethic and attention to detailAt least 3 years experience in pre-litigation, personal injury case managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBilingual (Spanish) a plus
