IT Service Technician I — Onsite Staff Support

Hard Rock International is seeking a Technology Service Technician I to support hotel and casino staff across Seminole Hard Rock properties in Tampa. This role provides hands-on technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software, and trains staff on new systems to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include configuring and installing computer hardware, diagnosing issues, and assisting with network and OS upgrades as part of the IT team.
