Blossom ABA Therapy is  urgently hiring Active Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)who are  fluent in both English and Spanish to join our growing clinical team in Clinton, NC. We are seeking compassionate professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact by providing high-quality, in-home ABA therapy to children and families.

As a  Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in their homes while working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Provide direct ABA therapy to pediatric clients in home and community settings

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs

• Collect accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions

• Support communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skill development

• Collaborate with supervisors and families to ensure consistent treatment implementation

• Maintain professionalism while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care

We're looking for candidates who have:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes throughout Clinton and surrounding areas

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A passion for helping children and families through ABA therapy
