Food Production Operator – 2 nd Shift :  Big Bend , Wisconsin

Our customer in Big Bend, Wisconsin is looking for a hardworking, detailoriented individual to join their team as a Food Production Operator to work fulltime on 2nd shift. In this role, you will support food manufacturing operations by operating spray drying and dry blending equipment while maintaining safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities of the Food Production Operator

• Operate and monitor equipment used in spray drying and dry blending processes.
• Assist with disassembly, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembly of production equipment.
• Perform environmental and production area cleaning as directed by the supervisor.
• Support work in multiple areas, including production, packing, and sanitation.
• Follow all food safety procedures, standard operating practices, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the shift.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals.

Food Production Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or related work preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced production environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and properly use PPE.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.

Pay for Food Production Operator: $20.00–$22.00/hour.
